Warranty Policy

At Nordwerk Engineering, we stand behind the quality, engineering, and durability of our products. Every conversion kit, component, and engineered solution is designed with performance and reliability in mind.

To give you confidence in your purchase, we offer a 12 month limited warranty on all eligible products.


1. Warranty Coverage

Our 12 month warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults under normal and intended use.

This includes:

  • Defects in workmanship
  • Faulty materials or machining errors
  • Structural failure under standard operating conditions
  • Issues directly related to production or assembly of supplied components

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the customer and remains valid for 12 months.


3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation or improper fitting
  • Modifications or alterations to the product
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by accidents or external impact
  • Wear and tear from normal usage
  • Damage caused by overheating, oil starvation, or poor maintenance
  • Faults resulting from non-compatible engine builds or unsupported configurations

4. Installation Responsibility

All products must be installed by a qualified mechanic or professional workshop experienced in engine conversions and drivetrain installations.

Improper installation voids warranty coverage.


5. Warranty Claims Process

If you believe your product is faulty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us with your order details
  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
  3. Include a description of the installation process and conditions of use
  4. Our technical team will review your claim

If approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement parts, or
  • Repair support, or
  • A suitable resolution depending on the case

6. Return of Defective Parts

In some cases, we may request the return of the defective item for inspection. Items must be returned in their original condition where possible.


7. Limitation of Liability

Nordwerk Engineering is not liable for:

  • Labour costs for removal or installation
  • Vehicle downtime or loss of use
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Costs beyond the original product value

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring correct application of parts
  • Verifying compatibility before installation
  • Following proper maintenance procedures after installation
