Return & Refund Policy

At Nordwerk Engineering, we take pride in supplying high quality engineered conversion kits and components. Every product is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns are handled.


1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

After 30 days, we are unable to offer returns or refunds unless covered under warranty.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging (where possible)

  • Include all supplied components and accessories

  • Not show signs of installation, modification, or disassembly


3. Non Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Installed or partially installed engine conversion kits

  • Modified, welded, or altered components

  • Electrical or ECU related items that have been used or programmed

  • Custom or made to order parts

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

Once a part has been installed, it is considered used and is not eligible for return.


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order details

  2. Provide photos of the item in its current condition

  3. Wait for return approval instructions

  4. Ship the item back securely using tracked shipping

Returns sent without approval may be refused.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A missing item

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We may request photos or videos for verification.


7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified error on our side.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us for approval.


9. Important Note on Engine Conversion Products

Due to the technical nature of engine conversion kits, compatibility and installation must be verified before purchase. We recommend professional installation by experienced mechanics.

Nordwerk Engineering is not responsible for incorrect fitment caused by incorrect application or vehicle mismatch.
